Royal Ascot is the most prestigious racing event in the world. Attended my Her Majesty the Queen and attended by over 300,000 people over the five days of the festival Royal Ascot is as much about fashion as it is about horse racing.   

Having been completely renovated in 2006, Ascot Racecourse now offers a wonderful environment in which to entertain your guests. With a range of hospitality facilities to suit two or more people hospitality at Royal Ascot provides a wonderful environment in the heart of the action but away from the crowds.

Pavilion Restaurant
This historic building has all of its original romance and combines the heritage and elegance of Ascot with sweeping views across the Plaza towards the Parade Ring and south side of the Grandstand.
 
Entertain your guests in this traditional setting while enjoying music from the resident pianist and string quartet.
 
The Royal Ascot Pavilion may be booked as either exclusive tables of 10 or, for smaller groups, on shared tables.

Carriages Restaurant
The Carriages Restaurant, featuring its own private balcony, is located on the first floor of the triple decker marquee in the beautiful Old Paddock.
 
This classic marquee setting combines stylish décor with stunning views of the Berkshire countryside and the Ascot Grandstand to create a first-class venue.
 
The Carriages Restaurant can be booked as either exclusive tables of 10 or, for smaller groups, on shared tables.

Bessborough Restaurant
Since its first presentation in 2007, the Royal Ascot Fashion Show in the Bessborough Restaurant has enjoyed unprecedented demand to quickly become one of the highlights of the Royal Meeting.
 
Bringing together top designers from around the world, the Bessborough catwalk is the ultimate showcase for the hottest male and female couture from the catwalks of London, Paris, Milan and New York.
 
The 2008 Royal Ascot Fashion Show was a roll call of some of the world’s greatest and most iconic designers including; Amanda Wakeley, Mathew Williamson, celebrity milliner Philip Treacy and the high priestess of British fashion for over 40 years, Vivienne Westwood.
 
Combining luxury and elegance, the Bessborough Restaurant is situated in the beautiful Old Paddock area of the racecourse. This double height restaurant with a private balcony offers superb views of the racing action and Windsor Great Park.
 
The Bessborough can be booked as either exclusive tables of 10 or, for smaller groups, on shared tables.

The Trackside Restaurant 
The Trackside Restaurant is a luxury marquee which exudes a quintessentially English ambience that encapsulates the essence of Ascot’s classic heritage, with a modern twist.

A superb five course luncheon using fresh seasonal produce, complemented with fine wines carefully selected by our sommelier, will ensure your day is nothing less than perfect.

Situated in a prime position within the main structure of the Grandstand at Concourse Level, the Trackside includes a private balcony with ‘head-on’ views of the racing action, only metres away from the track.

The Trackside Restaurant can be booked as either exclusive tables of 10 or, for smaller groups, on shared tables.

Private Boxes at Royal Ascot
Ascot has 266 private boxes in the Grandstand.  With stunning views across the racecourse a private box enables you to savour the exhilarating atmosphere in style, whilst enjoying superb cuisine, first class service and a spectacular view of the racing action. 
 
Boxes are located on the upper levels of the stand, from Level 2 to Level 6; some are positioned close to the track past the winning post with a ‘head-on’ view, whilst others are before the winning post so the horses race past them to the finish.

Each box consists of a private dining room with a large flat screen television, a balcony overlooking the track, a bar and a private kitchen shared with the adjoining box.  Each box will have dedicated serving staff throughout the day.
 
Prices start from £950 + VAT per person.
