Having the use of a Hospitality facility at the Cheltenham Festival provides clients with a sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of the huge crowds. • Glass Fronted Boxes
• Non-viewing restaurants in The Tented Village
• Private Chalet in The Tented Village

The Non Viewing Restaurant
Over many years, the Non Viewing restaurant has become one of the most popular choices for visitors wishing to reserve a table for the day at Cheltenham with easy access to the racing and all the activities.  This luxuriously appointed marquee is situated in the hub of the Tented Village close to the Parade Ring and Grandstand. 

Private Chalet Hospitality – Tented Village

Private Chalet at The Cheltenham Festival accommodates 16-60 guests and each area has its own Private Bar and its own Television. 

Guests are met at the Reception Desk at the entrance of the Marquee, which has a corridor down the middle. The guests are then shown to their specific Private Chalet.

Balcony Boxes
Situated adjacent to the final fence on the finishing straight, this is one of the finest facilities at the Cheltenham Festival. The Viewing Balcony boxes have replaced the old Glass Fronted Boxes and offer stunning views of the entire racecourse. Each box has a maximum capacity of up to 40 people but can be booked for a minimum of 2 people on a shared box basis.

All of the new boxes have access to a balcony in order to get the full benefit of the unique Cheltenham Festival atmosphere.

Club Tickets
All of our hospitality packages at The Cheltenham Festival include a Club Badge. This is the most exclusive enclosure with the best viewing past the finishing post. Please note that some hospitality suppliers use Tattersalls Tickets in the hospitality packages and this is something that we do not do!
